By accessing or using the Discount Home Services platform (operated by OMNI Home Services Group), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

Discount Home Services (OMNI Home Services Group DBA) is a marketing and lead referral platform that connects homeowners with independent, pre-vetted home service professionals. Specifically, we:

• Match homeowners with licensed, pre-screened local service contractors by trade and geographic area
• Pre-negotiate preferred pricing on your behalf as a marketing benefit
• Facilitate introductions and referrals between consumers and service professionals

We do not perform home services, employ technicians or contractors, or guarantee the quality, timeliness, safety, or outcome of any work performed by referred professionals. The service agreement is exclusively between you and the independent contractor.

3. User Obligations

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when submitting a service request
• Use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not misrepresent your identity, location, or service needs
• Not use our platform to harass, defraud, or harm any contractor or other user
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of our platform
• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)

All content on the Discount Home Services platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of OMNI Home Services Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written permission.

The Discount Home Services name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of OMNI Home Services Group. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant:

• That the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform
• The quality, safety, licensure, or reliability of any referred service professional
• That a matching partner will be available in your area

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OMNI Home Services Group (DBA Discount Home Services) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our platform
• Any work performed or not performed by referred contractors
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in platform content
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice or liability. You may stop using our platform at any time. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas. You waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

10. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OMNI Home Services Group regarding your use of the platform.
